Checking in on my Clownfish

I decided to start a salt water tank last summer with an old 50 gallon tank that we had previously used for fresh water before shifting our focus there to smaller fresh tanks.

For the first few months I only had a handful of pieces of life rock and have slowly been adding to the ecosystem with some snails, an anemone, a few pieces of coarl and a couple fish.

Obviously clownfish were the first, and I have a few Damselfish and a Wrasse, but nothing extravegent. I had to realize how much patience is involved with getting a salt tank set up, but with trial and error it is really coming together!

Here is a video I just shot of my clownfish and a few of their friends enjoying a little snack 🙂
